Terms of Use
Last updated: September 3, 2026
1. Using Orion
Orion (“we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by a company incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. These terms apply to your use of our screener and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service where you live. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
2. Market information and trading risk
Orion provides market data, charts, filters and alerts for general information. Nothing on the service is personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice, an offer to trade, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset.
We do not execute trades, manage investments or hold your funds. You are responsible for your decisions and for checking information with the relevant exchange or another reliable source. Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading can involve substantial losses; leverage increases that risk. Past results do not predict future performance.
3. Data and alert limitations
Prices and metrics come from third parties and our calculations. They may be delayed, incomplete, estimated or incorrect. Definitions and funding periods can differ between exchanges. A displayed connection status does not guarantee that every metric or historical period is current.
Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and may be late, duplicated or missed. Browser alerts depend on your settings, permissions, network and browser activity; they may stop if the browser or device is closed or suspended. An alert is not a trading order or a guaranteed risk-control tool.
Saved settings and browser alerts are stored locally. Clearing browser data, changing devices or using private browsing can remove or separate them.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Orion for lawful purposes consistent with these terms and applicable third-party data rights. Do not:
- Disrupt the service, overload its systems or automate requests at a rate that affects other users.
- Bypass access controls, request limits or security protections, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Introduce malicious code, misuse notification features or use the service for fraud.
- Copy or redistribute protected content or market data without the rights or permissions required.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations.
5. Content and third-party services
The Orion name, interface, software and original content belong to us or our licensors. Exchange data, charts, trademarks and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Using Orion does not transfer ownership or grant a right to resell those materials.
Third-party websites, exchanges, chart providers and messaging platforms operate independently. Their own terms apply when you use them. We do not control their availability, content or handling of information.
6. Availability and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, interrupt or discontinue features, including for maintenance or security.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Changes, governing law and contact
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and changing the date above. Material changes will receive additional notice where required by law. Continued use after revised terms take effect indicates acceptance, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, except where mandatory protections under the law that applies to you provide otherwise. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
